Transfer credits to another university

Once you finish a course, you have the option to earn college credits. It is strongly encouraged that you consult with your institution of choice to determine how these credits will be applied to their degree requirements prior to transferring your credit.

After finishing the course and earning a grade that you’re happy with, pay $400 to add the course to your transcript and then transfer the credits to your institution of choice.

Sending your transcript to another university

You’ll have a transcript you can provide to any university that accepts ASU credits. This can be done from your My ASU homepage under the My Classes section.

Understanding which credits transfer

Every college or university has its own rules about accepting credits, so when you’re ready to take your credits on tour, check in with the admissions office of your next educational adventure. They’ll let you know how your hard-earned credits fit into your future plans.
